Ingredients 

For Gattas/ Gramme flour sweet

• Besan - 1 cup

• Ajwain/ backlash cum - 1/2 tsp

• Red chile - 1/2 tsp

• Turmeric pd - 1/4 tsp

• Herb pd - 1/2 tsp

• Oil - 1 tsp

• Seasoning to sensing

For Gravy

• Yoghourt - 1/2 cup

• Redchilli pd - 1/2 tsp ( Increase the spicy place if you deprivation)

• Seasoning pd - 1 tsp

• Herb pd - 1/4 tsp

• Herb pd - 1/2 tsp

• Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp

• Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp

• Restrainer to taste

• Oil - 1 tsp

Method

For making gattas/ Bacteriologist flour pasta

1. In a vessel add all the Ingredients low "For gattas" - Gramme flour, red chilly d, turmeric pd, cumin pd, nsaid, ajwain, oil. 
2. Mix them intimately , add slight element and pretend astiff dough.
3. Change the dough into equalize size balls and churn each orb in to vasiform shapes. structure all the balls to cylindrical shapes
4. In a kadai/ pan temperature enough irrigate to prepare the molded gattas.

For Gravy
